"Return was more hassle than it shouldve been"
I ordered from beautyencounter.com and ended up needing to return one item. The refund took longer than I thought it would, and I had to email them more than once to follow up. They did get back to me eventually, so it wasnt a total mess, but the whole process felt slow and annoying. Not the worst experience ever, but I probably wont be in a rush to order again

"My skin actually feels better"
I ordered a face serum and moisturizer from beautyencounter.com, they ended up working better than I expected.
After about a week, my skin felt way less dry, and that dull look I’d been noticing wasn’t as bad. I also didn’t have any weird reaction, which is a big deal for me because my skin can be picky.
Shipping was totally fine, and the products seemed fresh when they arrived. Overall, I’m happy with it and would definitely buy from them again.

"Support took a while :/"
I ordered from beautyencounter and ended up needing to contact customer service about my package. It took a few days to hear back, and the first reply wasn’t super clear or helpful :( I had to message them again before things finally got sorted out. The site itself is okay, but the support experience felt slow and a bit frustrating.

I ordered a few skincare items and, for what I was buying, the prices were better than most other places I checked. Shipping wasn’t exactly fast, but it also wasn’t a problem for me since I didn’t need the products right away. I think it’s a good option if the price is noticeably lower, but if I needed something quickly, I might go somewhere else. Overall, fair value and I’d consider ordering again depending on the deal.

"Worked well for my sensitive skin"
I got a face cream from beautyencounter.com and I was kinda nervous, because my skin reacts to everything. But it showed up fine, and it didn’t make my face red or itchy, which is a big deal for me. Shipping was okay, not the fastest but not bad. Overall I’m happy with it, I just wish they had a little more ingredient info listed

"Shade was just what I expected"
I ordered a lipstick from Beauty Encounter and the color was pretty much dead-on compared to the photo. I was a little nervous it would show up darker in person, but even in regular daylight it looked really close. The shade name and swatch definitely helped. The only downside was bad timing on my part since I ordered right before I needed it, so I was stressing for no real reason. No weird color surprises though, which I really appreciate. I’d order makeup from them again

"Not the best if you like checking ingredients first"
I ordered from Beautyencounter and the shipping was fine, nothing really wrong there. But am I the only one who gets nervous when the ingredient info on product pages is super basic? I ended up having to Google the full lists myself, which kind of defeats the purpose when you’re trying to shop confidently.
With skincare and beauty products, I really want to see clear details, especially around fragrance and preservatives. Maybe it’s totally fine for people who aren’t as picky, but I’m careful about what I put on my skin. I don’t think this would be my first place to order from again
